Property and Cancellation Policies



  • By confirming a reservation, the cardholder authorizes Miami Vacation Solution INC at Bay Harbor One to charge the credit card provided for the full amount of the booking.Full Prepayment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • Final Sale: All reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or any other reason once payment has been processed.
  • Acknowledgment: By checking the box at checkout, the cardholder confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
  • Attorney’s Fees, Chargebacks, and Legal Costs:The guest acknowledges that any dispute, chargeback, or failure to comply with the payment terms of this reservation will constitute a breach of agreement. In such case, the guest shall be fully liable for all costs incurred by Miami Vacation Solution, Inc. (DBA Bay Harbor One Vacation) in enforcing payment or defending against any false or improper claims, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, collection agency fees, and all related legal expenses. The guest further agrees that any chargeback filed without valid legal grounds shall be considered fraudulent and subject to legal action.


Terms & Conditions

  • For the safety of our guests and to prevent fraud, all reservations require completion of a secure credit card authorization through Canary, our trusted verification platform. Here’s what to expect after booking:
  • You will receive a secure, encrypted link from Canary.
  • You’ll be asked to confirm your payment card details and upload a valid photo ID (must match the cardholder).
  • A temporary refundable authorization hold of up to $0.99 may be placed on your card.
  • This process takes only 2–3 minutes and helps us ensure a smooth, secure check-in.

⚠️ Important: Reservations are not fully confirmed until the authorization is completed. Failure to complete the process within 24 hours may result in automatic cancellation of your booking. Your information is processed through Canary’s PCI-compliant, encrypted system and is never stored on our servers. For questions or assistance, please contact us at.

Vacation Rental Company
Please note: We are a vacation rental company, not a hotel. We manage multiple units within this building. All units are furnished with high-quality amenities as listed, though décor and furniture may vary slightly. The exact unit shown in photos cannot be guaranteed.

Hotel Services
As this is a vacation rental, we do not provide hotel services such as daily cleaning, meals, room service, or 24-hour front desk support. Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping needs unless additional cleaning is arranged in advance (extra fee applies).

Building Office & Staff
The building office and staff are not affiliated with our company. They are not aware of your reservation and cannot assist with check-in or guest services. Please contact us directly for any questions or concerns.

Parking Fee
Parking is not included in your reservation. Assigned parking is available for $25 per day.

Check-In Policy
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM only. We do not accept late check-ins after 11:00 PM under any circumstances, so please plan your arrival accordingly.
